- Schema Therapy - Identify core beliefs that are limiting you from full experiences.
- Acceptance and Commitment therapy - Get rid of the negative judgments by accepting your current circumstances
- Psychodynamic and Family Systems Psychotherapy - Process how your relationships have and continue to affect you
- Existential Psychotherapy - Find your greater purpose and meaning
